Why a food walking tour?

My first culinary tour was in Hoboken, and I will recommend the competition, because "Mangia Hoboken" was a great time and way to see the small city on the Hudson.  What a view!  I loved the awesome architecture, the delicious food and the historical tidbits that made the day both fun and interesting - educational even....

Next stops, agritourism at NJ wineries, dairy farm tour and other walking tours, including one in Switzerland.  Then a continuing education program for Registered Dietitian/Nutritionists all about starting a food tourism business.  Hearing this and reflecting on my love of food, history, walking and being with people having a great time...I knew this was a path I could travel.
